I believe that it’s within each of our capabilities to create fulfilling personal lives, satisfying careers and high-performing organisations where people’s strengths are harnessed and employees feel valued.
However, key to this is adapting to and embracing change, which can sometimes be so daunting that we give up. That’s where I can help. By providing you with a strategy for transformation you’ll realize that not only is change possible, it’s achievable.
Change has been the backdrop to my adult life. I’ve lived in many different places in New Zealand and overseas and I’ve worked in a diverse range of jobs and industries. Some of these changes I’ve actively sought and others have been less than fully within my control. All of them have taught me something.
I’ve held jobs in sales and marketing, ski resort customer service, operations and management, as well as facilitation and events – such as creating and running the Queenstown Adventure Film Festival for 5 years.
My enduring fascination with what makes people tick combined with my natural passion for encouraging people to embrace and achieve the extraordinary ultimately led me to coaching. I get an enormous kick out of assisting people to glimpse their potential and helping them to achieve it.
